The Nurse Leadership Institute (NLI) provides emerging nurse leaders, Fellows, from across Virginia and from all sectors of healthcare with the opportunity to participate in an innovative program to strengthen their leadership skills.

The NLI inspires, teaches and empowers nurse managers seeking to grow as leaders and become catalysts for change.

The NLI is a program of the Richmond Memorial Health Foundation
