Welcome to the Nurse Leadership Institute of Virginia Extranet

The mission of the Nurse Institute is to inspire, teach, and empower nurse managers seeking to grow as leaders and become catalysts for change.

This innovative, community-wide network of dedicated leaders is focused on building the leadership, management and communications skills of nurse managers from all areas of the health care profession, including hospitals, academic health centers, public health, mental health, long-term care and home health.

This Extranet is the online support community for the Nurse Leadership Institute of Virginia. Members include Institute participants, faculty, and staff.
